Daniel Hong is Clenergy’s Chief Executive Officer, leading the company as it builds a platform that empowers the renewables industry around the world. He holds an EMBA from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) and a Master of Engineering in Telecommunications from Swinburne University of Technology (Australia). Additionally, Daniel is a veteran of more than 20 years in project and corporate management. Daniel’s leadership experience includes growing consumer technology companies and scaling global marketplaces. He is an innovative entrepreneur, who co-founded Clenergy in 2007 with two other founders. He gained his stripes over the years working with world-renowned companies such as Read, Auscom, NEC Australia and IBM, where he championed different roles, including Chief Representative, Chief Consultant etc. Daniel has a deep commitment to the community and corporate social responsibility. He sets a culture of giving back to our industry. He is our progressive leader and thrives on growing our brand.

Grace Zhuo is the International Sales Director at Clenergy, where she drives the company's global sales strategy and expansion efforts. With over 14 years of experience in the solar industry, Grace leads Clenergy’s international sales team, which comprises 35+ members from 11 different nationalities. She plays a pivotal role in growing Clenergy’s presence in Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Africa. Grace is adept at building and maintaining strategic relationships with leading developers, investors, EPCs, and distributors. Her deep expertise in distribution and utility solar business, combined with her strategic approach to marketing activities, enhances Clenergy’s market position and fosters profitable growth.

Adam Jan Glapiak is the Country Manager for the DACH region at Clenergy, bringing many years of experience in managing operations and driving business growth. He specializes in building strong customer relationships and understanding market dynamics to deliver effective solutions. Adam plays a key role in leading cross-functional teams, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and meet customer expectations. His commitment to quality and strategic approach to business development significantly contribute to advancing sustainable energy solutions across Europe.

Nathalie Kermelk is the EU Product Director at Clenergy, bringing a wealth of experience in product management and engineering within the renewable energy sector. Farhan Yazid is a Solutions Engineer at Clenergy, responsible for delivering comprehensive design and technical support for PV projects. He effectively presents Clenergy’s technical product solutions to clients and collaborates with local design firms to ensure project specifications are met. Farhan supervises on-site inspections and construction processes, ensuring that projects maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Àngel Ribera Vilaplana is a Solutions Engineer at Clenergy, where he leads the design and technical support for photovoltaic (PV) projects. He ensures high-quality project delivery through process automation, technical supervision, and customer satisfaction efforts. Àngel plays a key role in driving product improvements and supporting training for clients and partners. His expertise in renewable energy technologies enables him to implement innovative solutions that enhance project efficiency and sustainability.

Stella Yu is a Business Development Manager at Clenergy, with over a decade of experience in the solar energy sector. She focuses on expanding Clenergy's market presence in the UK and Ireland. Stella has a strong background in customer service, having worked in this capacity for the first eight years of her career, which has given her deep insights into supply chain management and mounting solutions. Her expertise in the industry and her commitment to customer satisfaction play a crucial role in driving Clenergy’s business growth and reinforcing its market position.

Since 2018, Can has been the Head of Engineering at Clenergy Global Projects Team, and is leading the technical management of development and execution of large scale PV Projects. For the past eight years he has been involved in planning, installation, and commissioning of utility-scale solar and wind energy projects in different regions over Europe and also in APAC, essentially working on turn-key solutions. In addition, during this time he has provided technical sales of large-scale PV plants as well as leading the communication with grid operators. As an Electrical Engineer Can holds a master of science degree (M.Sc.) in Solar Energy Technology from the Technical University of Berlin.

Stefan leads our project development with a focus on ground-mounted solar power plants. He implement his experience from more than 1.5 decades of project development in Germany and abroad. Before joining Clenergy, Stefan gained numerous high-quality experiences together with international investors based in Vienna and Berlin. In 2010 and 2011 he was part of the world's leading Solar EPC team. Between 2014 and 2018 he conduted resarch solar hydrogen production projects with Fraunhofer Institute in Freiburg. Stefan studied civil engineering in Leipzig and graduated there as a qualified engineer. He is a member of the Chamber of Engineers and authorized to submit building documents.

Gunnar joined Clenergy in Beginning of 2019 with nearly 13 years of work experience in Photovoltaics. His experience in the PV field range from planning over building and commissioning up operation and maintenance. In Clenergy he is responsible for project development and support the project progression in general for projects in Germany. Gunnar has a professional qualification as an industrial technician for mechatronic systems by Siemens and has a diploma microsystems technology from the University of Applied Science in Berlin.

Dieter joined Clenergy in mid 2020 and he is our direct contact to landowners for project developments. He has many years industry experience.

Hartmut joined Clenergy in 2018. After his training as Agrotechnician/ Engineer he studied agricultural engineer-technologist and has over 20 years professional experience in this branch. Since 1990 Hartmut gathered 30 years of experience working as manager of civil and opencast mining in Germany and abroad. With his local experience, he works as project manager for Clenergy and acquires new land and helps the projects through the building permit process until completion.

Rainer started working as Senior Project Manager for Clenergy in the beginning of 2020, with many years of experience in International Project Management, Project Implementation, Technical Advisory and Owner’s Engineering of large-scale PV-Plants across the entire EPC spectrum.

Zongfang Li, three years of work experience as an Accounts Administrator in the renewable energy industry, advanced knowledge of bookkeeping procedures, responsible for all accounting work related to taxes, including bookkeeping and invoicing. She received her education at the University of Ruhr Bochum with a Bachelor’s in Economics and Management. She knows there is no single approach that accounting works for every industry. So, she continues to learn more about Solar energy, integrates knowledge in this industry with her accounting experience, to provide better support for Clenergy team.

Effi joined our team in July 2019 as administration assistant. She sustains and improve the efficiency and productivity of the office and also assists our financial team. Due to her language ability she is the link between the chinese headquarters and our german branch. Effi graduated form University of Hamburg in 2016 with a Bachelor of Arts, specialising economic and cultural relations between China and Germany.
